    Theanan Seaview Villas is a group of seven luxury 3 and 2 bedroom fully detached Greek island style whitewashed villas, with adjustable shutters. The villas have been designed with attention to detail and built to high standards with all the comfort and modern conveniences for your enjoyment. All our villas in Paphos have air-conditioning in each bedroom and in the living/dining area.

    Large private individual swimming pools are set amongst colourful and fragrant Mediterranean gardens. All villas are orientated to enjoy the beautiful countryside and sea views.

    The villas are set high up from the coast where you enjoy uninterrupted views of banana and citrus plantations and the glorious blue of the Mediterranean Sea. Beautiful vibrant coloured sunsets finish each day of your stay at Theanan Seaview Villas.

    The villas are located in a still semi-rural area where you can still experience a slice of days gone by when the local shepherd passes by the villas each day with his flock as he makes his way to the grazing fields.

  • Size of the Villas:

    3 bedroom villas have facilities for 6 adults.
     The 3 bedroom villas have a minimum internal floor area of 150 sq meters per villa.
    Each 3 bedroom villa has its own private large swimming pool and is situated on 1000 sq meters of landscaped property.

    The 2 bedroom villa has facilities for 4 adults.
     The 2 bedroom villa has an internal floor area of 120 sq meters.
    The 2 bedroom villa is situated on 800 sq meters of landscaped property and has its own private spacious pool.

  • Gardens:

    The vibrant colours of the gardens strikingly contrast against the cool white of the villas. The gardens infuse the air with a summery fragrance from all the fragrant Mediterranean plants, some of which are jasmine, lavender, geranium, basil and rosemary. You will also enjoy shade from various carob and olive trees. Stone feature walls cut and built by the owner add a rustic aesthetic to the villas. Gardens are provided with night lighting.

  • Swimming Pools:

    In and around each swimming pool there is night time lighting. Also in the pools there is an open sitting area with jacuzzi type jets.

    Generous paved lounging area around the pools, sun beds, umbrellas, garden furniture and outdoor dining suite, charcoal BBQ's and outdoor shower are provided for each villa. Pool and garden maintenance is daily.

  • Lounge / Dining:

    The open plan living and dining area is sympathetically decorated to harmonise with the design of the villas.

    Lounge: The 3 bedroom villas have seating for 6 adults. The 2 bedroom villa has seating for 4 adults. TV, Video, DVD, Satellite, CD/Cassette/Radio player and books are provided in each villa.

    Note: Satellite TV is local free to air only, NOT pay/subscription TV, limited English channels are available. Please do not expect the usual satellite channels you receive at home.

    Dining: Solid wood dining table and chairs for 6 adults. All living / dining areas lead off onto a large pergola covered verandahs / patios overlooking gardens, pool and sea views.

  • Kitchen:

    Well equipped timber kitchens with breakfast bar and stools and are equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric ceramic hotplate and oven with exhaust fan. All china, cutlery, pots and pans etc. included.

  • Laundry Facilities:

    Separate laundry areas (from the kitchen) within the villas are provided and include washing machine, basin, pegs, iron, ironing board and exterior rotary clothesline.

  • Bedrooms:

    Timber beds with bedside drawer units, bedside lamp and built-in wardrobe units. Each bedroom has a verandah with outdoor furniture.

    3 Bedroom Villas: 1 x Master bedroom.

    2 Bedroom Villa: 1 x Master bedroom.

  • Bathrooms:

    Each 3 bedroom Villa has;

    Pressurised water.
    1 x bathroom with bathtub with shower head attachement, adjacent to a twin bedroom (in the two level villas this bathroom is downstairs).
    2 x ensuites with showers, for the (upstairs) master bedroom and the other twin bedroom.

    For the 2 bedroom Villa there is;

    Pressurised water.
    1 x guest toilet with basin downstairs.
    2 x ensuites upstairs, one for the twin bedroom (shower) and the master bedroom en-suite has a bath with shower head attachment.

  • Cots / Playpen & Highchair:

    Cots / Playpen and highchairs are available on request at no extra charge. You must at the time of booking confirm if you require these items to ensure availability.

  • Linen:

    Towels and sheets provided on arrival.
    During the once a week Maid service e.g. every 6-7 days linen and towels are also changed.
    Bring your own beach towel, please do not use the towels provided for pool or beach use.

  • Air-Conditioning:

    Air-conditioning units are provided in each bedroom and the living / dining areas of all the villas.

    The use of air-conditioning is not charged for on the condition that a/c units are not left running when guests are not occupying the villa. Please be mindful of the environment - it only takes just a few minutes to cool down / heat a room when required.

  • Safety Deposit boxes:

    Safes are provided in each villa.

  • Mosquito Repellent Machines:

    All bedrooms and living/dining areas are supplied with mosquito repellent machines. We supply you with liquid for your arrival and then you supply the mosquito repellent mats or bottled liquid for the remainder of your stay, these items are readily available from the local shops.

  • Wheel Chair Facilities:

    Villa Meltemi has the added benefit of being designed to take into account the needs of wheel chair bound guests.

    One of the twin bedrooms is extra large in size, which aids wheelchair circulation. The adjoining ensuite to the large twin bedroom has generous circulation space and a shower cubicle with no hob and has been designed to international standards.

    Grab rails next to the WC and in the shower cubicle are provided; great care has been taken into the design so there is no sense of the clinical look to the bathroom, the white grab rails blend in with the white walls tiles. A shower chair and an elevated toilet seat are also available on request.

    Furthermore, the area in the living and dining area is generous, aiding wheelchair circulation.

    The pool area and living / dining area of the villa are on the same level (no steps) making access to both these areas effortless. The pool has a step area with grab rail to aid those with mobility problems to get into the pool.

    Note: wheel chair bound guests must be driven up the gravel driveway to disembark at the pool area to enter the villa. Once situated in the villa there is free circulation space within the villa and around the pool and patio areas.
